Another popular cure is papaya fruit. Papaya fruit is rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Apply it to the face with some water and rinse it off after 15 minutes. It works well for eliminating breakouts, and your skin will feel fresh and clean.

Green tea extract is a world famous, effective home remedy for acne. It safeguards the skin from the irritating sensation and also prevents any infections from the acne-causing bacteria. It also eliminates dead skin cells, which wanes acne and gives a flawless skin.

There isn't really a specific form of chi gung falling under the umbrella you are describing, it's something that was made up in the west to have a good sounding title (and the closest actual practice is shiatsu).
That said, chi gung can cure sculliosis (and I know 5 different people it has done that for), but it requires
a) a decent amount of work on the sick person's part.
b) a good teacher (which is rare)
c) A good chi gung form (which is also rare).
Every person I know who had success treating their sculiosis started off with the necessary pre reqs (mainly opening the energy gates), and moved on to doing a form known as bend the bow (spinal chi gung).

It's not really a miracle solution for sculiosis, since it takes a lot of work as the internal anatomy of the spine gradually shifts back into place, rather than just paying someone 100 dolars to poke you, but thusfar I have not found anything else for this condition which actually works.
